The Food Dude is all about finding quality food that won’t break your bank in San Francisco (aka “Sanctuary City for the Rich.”) There are plenty of expensive places to eat in SF; the harder task is finding that balance of good, high quality food at reasonable – or even bargain – prices.

About 80% of the footage you see is shot with a PANASONIC HVX 200 at 720Pn. This is an HD (High Def) camera. Occasionally, because of scheduling conflicts, other cameras get used, including a standard def camera. But for the most part, we’re using the Panasonic HVX.
The episodes are edited using – what else? – Final Cut Pro.
